Cancellation Policy
No Fee: Cancelation without fee must occur 12 hours or more prior to your appointment. You may reschedule without fee to a date within 7 days of scheduled appointment. Fees: Cancelation outside of 24hr window will result in 30% of service fee (not exceeding $200) NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a 50% of service fee (not exceeding $250)
